Within our shop we have a small exhibition of handcrafted wood carvings created by local craftsman Roy Gollop. The beautiful pieces are perfect for giving as a gift or for your own personal enjoyment.
Roy is a retired seafarer and boatbuilder and during his retirement has applied his traditional woodworking skills into the art of wood carving. Many of Roy's creations have a coastal theme and you'll find model boat ornaments, birds and sea life sculptures on display. As each piece is individually hand carved using traditional methods and tools, each carving is truly unique.
